I recently stayed for a short getaway with my pet, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The cabin was impeccably clean and came with fresh towels and linen. The stunning views of the lake right outside my window were a good bonus. I appreciated the spacious room and the modern bathroom complete with a deep spa bath, which was perfect for relaxation. the fridge kept my drinks cold, and the hot shower felt wonderful after a long day.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Amicable staff and excellent and unbeatable location close enough to a nice lake to walk near at the back of the property, Shellharbour in a lovely position right on the lake and the beach. Central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment available in the family room.

The location by the lake was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with a late checkout after my run.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more fresh options.

The room in general was good-sized. The bathroom was newly renovated and absolutely clean. Location: the hotel was near the golf course and shopping centres and Wollongong & Shellharbour. It took 20 minutes to reach Perkins Beach on foot...

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with a great kitchen, though some utensils were missing. Loved the peaceful location and the beautiful view, but the noise from nearby guests was a bit much at times. Staff were super helpful, and the room had a comfy vibe overall.

I had a pleasant stay at Lakeside Inn Wollongong. The location was convenient, close to food and shopping areas. Traveling with my baby and partner, I appreciated the quiet and clean upper-level room, which had all the essential amenities like a large TV, fridge, and microwave. The staff were helpful and ensured we were set for a smooth check-in. A lovely view of the lake was visible from the higher windows, and parking right outside was a plus.

The fantastic view and delicious breakfast made our mornings special, and the spacious two-bedroom apartment was ideal for our family. The helpful receptionist even kept our dog safe when she escaped! While the cabin was a bit dated, it served its purpose with accessible facilities. Relaxation by the pool and nearby Lake Illawarra added to our experience, promoting family bonding despite some outdated features.

I was really disappointed with the cabin. It was so cramped, and the bathroom was tiny. Washing dishes in there felt gross, especially with the broken toilet paper holder and mismatched furniture. It definitely didn't match the photos.

The location is fine! You've got beautiful views right by the lake and tons of space to walk your pets, which is a huge plus. I also found the bed super comfy, so at least I got a good night's sleep amidst the chaos.
The cleanliness was just nonexistent—smelly rooms, filthy windows, and even creepy crawlies! Plus, some amenities were broken, making it feel rundown. Honestly, for the price, I expected way better!

We hit the beach like it was our job and then cruised over to WIN Stadium for an epic game. The vibes were lit, and we had a blast chilling in our comfy room. Seriously, sleep was never better after those nights out!
Honestly, I wish there was a better hangout spot for us party gang, like a killer rooftop or a chill lounge area to vibe after a night out. Just a little more space to chill would’ve made our trip legendary!

The room was a good size with comfortable bedding, bigger than expected. the location was also great, directly above us and easy to access.
The decor didn't have much warmth - hospital vibes with blank walls and bright white lights.
